My guess is that ever house on the street behind our lot must have dumped their old Christmas trees and Hanukkah shrubs for who know how many years on our "new" lot !

I'll have to keep my eye on this pile and make sure it goes away, which we've been assured will be removed prior to closing. Ok !!! We'll see !!

So this is what started it all !

An amazing homesite, with one of the two largest lots in the development, about 0.62 acres.

There are only 73 homes in total, so just the right size.

And we sit way at the top of a hill !
